Mental health is just as important as physical health, you need to give your brain a workout to. This is I believe the way of Keeping a healthy mind & healthy life and get through this unprecedented situation.
So Today with lockdown starting to slowly ease in England and continuing to look after your physical health with increased activity allowed is important but it is just as vital to look after your mental health which potentially you could be suffering.
Make sure that you keep your brain refreshed and looked after just as you do with your body and the flowers in the garden. Pick up that book you have always meant to read, go on that long walk you never had time for, call that mate that you didn’t always make time for because life got in the way but make sure growth happens. Put that iPhone, iPad Down!
Step away from your laptop or computer.
Watching the news is important I get that but not every breaking news headline on Coronavirus needs to be watched.
Step outside breath deeply, look up at the sky and listen to the birds singing so relaxing.
