National Australia day is officially the 26th of January, Marking the anniversary of the 1788 arrival of the first fleet of British ships at Port Jackson, New South Wales and the rising of the flag of Great Britain at Sydney cove governed by Arthur Phillips. In 1946 January 26th was pronounced the official Australia day in all states and territories but in 1994 it was made a national public holiday throughout the country. Because this date marks the day of Colonization, Aboriginal Australians feel that the celebrations on this specific day does not include them. With Australia being 24 hours away from us and there hot summer falls on our cold winter, don’t worry if you feel like your missing out, because here at guys n dolls its summer all year round with our hot sunbeds.
