Is it just me or do we blink and another Half Term is upon us? I do not remember there being as many Half Terms as there is now from when I was at School. The Kids always seem to be off nowadays. My Niece loves the Half Term, she seems to think that a week is the longest period and she comes up with these crazy ideas on what to do. As they have been discussing Easter at School recently she asked me if I would take her on a Chicken Hunt, I thought she meant Easter Egg hunt but she reassured me it was a Chicken Hunt. When I delved a little deeper into conversation as to what she meant it became clear she did actually mean a Chicken Hunt, it seems someone in her Class has been Hunting and told them all about it – In detail too might I add! I wasn’t best pleased about that one but after explaining to her that most 7 years olds don’t hunt she left the idea and was hooked on an Easter Hunt instead. I think it is too early for Easter Hunts but I have had a look online to see what is going on in Dartford and I came across some events we can enjoy together.
I will be visiting Hall Place in Bexley as we love walking through the Green House and seeing the Turtles and then into the Butterfly Sanctuary. We usually finish the day off with a Drink and Cake in the Cafe and then a little wander along the River. Whatever your plans are with the Kids this Half Term, be sure to book in their cuts. We have been inundated with Boys Perms and Kids Cuts the past few days!
Kids Cuts available from £10.00 – Use our app or call us to book.
