Lockdown Hair colouring hack safe for kids!
Whether they want pink hair or are looking for blue tips, you can do it all with tissue paper!
Don’t worry it’s not permanent, if you use this method it will wash out.
This is how to dye hair with tissue paper…
Step one – Think about what colour you’d like to dye it.
Most tissue paper brands offer the entire rainbow in different shades, so you aren’t limited. You could even do different colours for different stands, like highlights, NHS rainbow, mermaid vibes or favorite colours,
Step two – Tissue paper and water is a messy mixture. Make sure you protect your clothes and surroundings before you do this, use some gloves.
Step three – One way to do it is by cutting the paper into strips. Then, prepare a bowl of warm salt water. Add the paper to the bowl. Soak your hair in the mixture for about half an hour. Once you’ve done this, rinse your hair with cold water. If you use hot water, the colour will run out.
How long does tissue paper dye your hair for? This trick is safe to use on children but also those with damaged hair, since it is only a temporary thing.
The amount of time the colour will stay locked in depends on your hair. If your hair is in better condition, it may last longer. In general, though, it will last around a week. If you want it to last longer, you should only wash your hair with cold water.
Have fun!!
